- Item unused, in original packaging, with tags where applicable.
- Damaged, wrong, or incomplete orders: contact us the same day you receive the parcel.
- Opened hygiene / personal-care products may be non-returnable unless defective.
- Approved returns are refunded or exchanged after inspection.
